Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to attend the Latter-Day Leaders: A Leadership Conference for Young Single Adults as planned. To cancel your registration you must contact the Registrations Team in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note:
- Cancellations, received by 5.00pm one month prior to the event, will be refunded in full. Cancellations after this time will only be refunded when another attendee is able to take your spot
- Full payment is required for any cancellation received within seven days of the event or for non-attendance on the day
- Attendee substitutions may be made until the event commences, but must first be approved by the Registrations Team and applicable Stake President
- In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund.
